The winning.legal mark is the property of winning.legal and is intended solely for the purpose of marketing Premonition services, and not for the practice of law.

Because winning.legal seeks to pair the client with the attorney having the best record of success in litigation in the relevant jurisdiction regarding the type of matter at issue, winning.legal acts for the benefit of both the client and the receiving attorney. In consideration of the benefit to you, you authorize winning.legal to present your case to other attorneys with the contingency that the case will be referred to the attorney only if the attorney agrees to provide compensation to winning.legal as is allowed by the rules of their specific jurisdiction. You further agree that your consent to any other compensatory agreement between winning.legal and the receiving attorney will not be unreasonably withheld.
